Land and it's Attributes
In Virtua there is a clear reason to own space in the metaverse. Land deepens the Virtua experience in many different ways for owners.
Land in Virtua
Users can buy land in Virtua. This is permanent location within the Virtua metaverse, marked by coordinates and dimensions. Land deepens the Virtua experience in many different ways for owners. Not only landowners become owners in the Virtua Metaverse, they also are able to develop their plots, gather resources and have a deeper gamified experience.
Land Attributes
Land plots have attributes that set them apart from each other. Some islands in Virtua have different land attributes to others. Cardano Island land attributes differ to those on Virtua Island.
Each land plot contains a set of resources that can be collected by the landowner. Resources will be passively collected from the land in a storage box over a period of time. This will be a claim-based activity with a maximum cap on storage. Once resources are claimed from the storage, they are transferred to the player’s inventory. These resources can be used to craft NFT assets (buildings, vehicles, upgrades, decorations, etc.)
Each land can have 0-5 robot slots. Players may craft or purchase multiple robots, e.g. miner bot, builder bot, explorer bot, etc. These land bots have special skills that can increase efficiency for resource collection, rewards collection, crafting, land discovery, and much more.
Non-Player Characters will be residents of specific islands and zones. Land can come with slots to place NPCs on (between 0 to 5 slots per plot). Players can be rewarded NPC items (periodically/randomly) from the NPC loot box or other activities. These NPCs will be added to the player’s inventory.
Landowners have a chance to collect ancient relics buried in their land. The use for these rare, unique items will be revealed over time. Once discovered, they can be traded on the marketplace. This is a Yes/No attribute. If your land has the ability to have a relic on it, it will be yes.
Relics can only be found in plots on Virtua island.
Some land plots will have relics and others don’t.
One land plot can only have 1 relic mined from it ever.
Some relics can be found in any zone, while others are exclusive to a certain zone.
Game Cubes
There will be multiple types of game cube NFTs for each game (produced by a developer partner), and more game cubes will be added when new games are introduced. This is a Yes/No attribute. If your land has the ability to have a game cube on it, it will be yes.
If the user isn't a gamer, can sell on the secondary market.
NFTs will be "dropped" onto lands when new games, new features, new levels, new characters, etc. are announced.

Usually it will be something claimable in the developer’s game.
Loot Boxes
Periodically dropped on random land plots. The frequency of loot depends on the size and rarity of land. This is a Yes/No attribute. If your land has the ability to have a loot box on it, it will be yes.
Here are some types of loot boxes: Cosmic loot, Social loot, etc.
What are Deeds?
There are a fixed number of plots on each island and zone. There are different attributes that define each parcel of Land which is indicated in the Land Deed. Your Land Deed is a visual description of the land plot itself and has the following information.

Name
Rarity indicator (Not visible for the users)
These values / stats combined, determine how rare the plot is being directly relevant to the cost. The attributes will be revealed only after the sale.
Buying and Selling deeds/land
Land can be traded on open marketplaces such as JPG store on Cardano and Opensea on Virtua Island.
