Resources

Resources are the engine of Virtua Prime. Resources can be traded or can be crafted into NFTs.

Resources act as the key to unlocking the further gameplay to Virtua Prime. Resources are allocated at the plot level and are available to be mined by plot owners. Mining occurs on a calendar day basis and the resources are allocated to the storage of the plot owner. In order to utilise these resources, land owners must claim their resources. Unclaimed resources within storage are subject to sniping from the Scavenger bot.

Resources are not NFTs but can be traded within the internal gameplay ecosystem.

Each land type (rarity) contains resources that can be collected (mined) by the landowner. Resources will be passively collected from the land in a storage facility over a period of time. This will be a claim-based activity with a maximum cap on storage (unclaimed resources).

Once resources are claimed by the player, they are added to the player’s inventory. Resources will be used to craft NFT assets with different utilities.
